Stamped Customized Medals

Among the different materials and processes that we offer to create customized medals, our core speciality is the creation and manufacturing of bronze, sterling silver or gold-stamped tailor-made medals.

The different steps in the creation process are the following:

Once the customized artwork has been finished, the customized stamping die is engraved on a piece of steel. The blank bronze (or silver or gold) discs are stamped in the press with the customized stamping die. Then the rough medals are lathed to present a neat edge, and they are completed with surface treatment, colouring, polishing and varnishing.
