First Question : How long does it take to create custom awards ?
Finalizing the details of the artwork for your award will range from 1 week – if your project is clear and straight forward- up to several weeks depending upon the complexity of the project and the number of decision makers in the approval process.
Once the artwork has been finalized and accepted, a minimum manufacturing time is necessary to create the tools and manufacture the awards:
– For customized stamped medals, it takes a minimum of 6 weeks;
– For bronze casting medals and trophies, it takes a minimum of 8 weeks;
– For insignias, coins and customized gifts, it takes a minimum of 6 weeks.
Then to the creation and manufacturing times, you have to add the transportation time which will depend upon the carrier that you choose and how far away you are from France.
Second Question : How many customized pieces do I have to order? Can I order only one?
The creation of a custom tool and the start of a manufacturing batch are justified for a minimum order quantity depending upon the process:
– A minimum order of 30 pieces is requested for stamped medals;
– A minimum order of 50 pieces is requested for insignias, coins and customized gifts;
– As far as the bronze casting medals are concerned, they can be ordered in smaller quantities : 10 pieces is the minimum order quantity except for very large pieces that can be negotiated by the unit.
Third Question : Can I purchase one of the award that you show on the web site?
The stamped custom medals, bronze casting medals and trophies, insignias coins and customized gifts which are shown on our site have been created for our customers who are the full owners of those pieces: therefore we cannot sell them. They illustrate our website in order to demonstrate our skills, give references about what can be done in terms of customization and ideas of presentation.
The only pieces that can be sold are the few pieces shown in the boutik.
Fourth Question : Would you have a medal with the shape of a heart showing a name inside?
Our collection of medals that can be sold piece by piece is quite limited and is shown in the boutik.
